Making a Report Official

What does making a report official mean?

In a report for a workspace or project, you will see the option to make a report official under each document that is associated with that report. When you click make official you are allowing the report to show up in the Official Report section on the overview tab of the workspace or project. This will allow anyone on the team to view and download this document. You should only make the final version of a report official.
